The management of WGBS TV7 understands that a TV Broadcast License is a "Public Trust" and is committed to airing programs that will improve lives and uplift Tidewater Families.

WGBS TV7 Tidewater Partners

WGBS TV7 continues to develop programming partnerships with entities such as Old Dominion, Norfolk State, and other Universities in the Tidewater Area. WGBS is currently completing partnerships with NASA Langley Research Center, the Virginia Gateway to the Performing Arts, Ted Constance Convocation Center, Radio Disney and a variety of businesses including Bass Pro Shops located in the Hampton Power Plant.

Local cities such as the City of Norfolk produce and provide, in partnership with WGBS, local original programs for the citizens of Tidewater. WGBS TV7 has briefed all communications departments for the cities of Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News, and Hampton in an effort to partner with them to provide an outlet for programming to citizens that do not have cable. In addition, TV7 has availed itself as a resource for dissemination of information during emergencies and hazardous weather conditions.
